Florence discovery tours

Walking tour of the historic city centre.

Visiting Florence on foot doesn’t mean walking far. The historic city centre, from Santa Maria Novella to Santa Croce, San Lorenzo to the Oltrarno, is easy to visit on foot without needing to use a car or public transport. If you really want to, you can climb up the steps to piazzale Michelangelo: it’s a wonderful walk that takes you to the city’s most scenic terrace, where you can enjoy the breathtaking views.

Admire the countless attractions in the historic city centre, all of which are concentrated in a few square kilometres. Florence’s religious buildings and noble palaces ooze history and culture, its piazzas and monuments are an ode to beauty and every narrow street has something to say and secrets to reveal, without counting the number of artworks you’ll find in the city’s world-famous museums.

Whether this is your first time in Florence or you’re looking to find out something new, a guided tour is an experience that will bring you up close and personal with the city’s artistic and cultural heritage.
