Florence Tattoo Convention 2023 – from December 1 to 3, 2023

Florence Tattoo 2023 returns to Fortezza da Basso to kick off December in style. The programme is packed with events, tattoo contests and exhibitions, with 150 artists of national and international fame who await you for two days dedicated to the art of tattooing, to the delight of ink-fans. 

Calici Sotto l’Albero – December 2

On Saturday, December 2, Hotel Albani hosts the 12th edition of the Christmas wine tasting, with over 200 labels. You can taste a selection of Italian wines from all regions! Entrance from 10.30am to 7.30pm. €15.00 per person, with unlimited tasting, includes a souvenir glass and pouch.

Christmas at the Manifattura - from 2 to 17 December 2023

Workshops, performances and shows for children, shopping, fashion and design objects, plants and flowers, Christmas brunches: the Manifattura Tabacchi Factory is preparing for its first Christmas! Three weekends, created in collaboration with the makers present in the regenerated spaces of the former cigar factory and with other local entities.

Ferris wheel and ice skating rink - from 8 December to 15 January 2024

A real Florence Ice Village arrives at the Cascine Park! A 55 meter high Ferris wheel and a long list of initiatives and attractions during the Christmas period, including the highly anticipated ice skating rink of over 1300 m2, the largest in Italy, with a large Christmas tree to skate around , plus other extra initiatives planned for spring.

Christmas market in Piazza Santa Croce – from November 18 to December 17, 2023

Weihnachtsmarkt, the traditional German Christmas market, has been bringing specialties like frankfurters, mulled wine, sauerkraut, pork shanks, pretzels and strudels, as well as typical German objects and products, to the beautiful Piazza Santa Croce for over twenty years.
