The new edition of Florence Cocktail Week involves the best cocktail bars in Florence divided into Hotel Bars and Cocktail Bars. Each selected venue presents a Cocktail List created for the event, in which the bartenders give vent to their creativity. There is also an educational part in the afternoon with seminars and masterclasses aimed at learning about products, mixing techniques and bar formats, as well as book presentations and cultural meetings. There is also ample space for evening entertainment with themed events and parties, dedicated cocktail lists and the participation of guest bartenders among the best on the Italian and international scene.

The 2025 edition of the event conceived and directed by Paola Mencarelli with the patronage of the Municipality of Florence will be held in the Tuscan capital from 7 to 13 April 2025, with seven days of widespread events that will highlight Tuscan signature mixology. Great emphasis will therefore be given to the Florentine resident Bartenders with the introduction of the "Barkeeper FCW" initiative and to the Tuscany Cocktail Week Cocktail Bars which will arrive in Florence with their own Pop-Up Bars, but also to the trends of contemporary mixology, with the Wellness Signature Cocktail FCW25, a Low ABV or Alcohol Free Drink included in the same Cocktail List as the FCW25 brands.
