Tasting of local cantuccini in the Museum of Biscottificio Antonio Mattei Museum, historical exercise with more than 160 years of activity.

Also commonly known as cantucci or cantuccini, Biscotti di Prato are a typical traditional Tuscan dessert, rounding off a meal perfectly with some sweet Vinsanto wine.

Delicious also with grappa or coffee. In this tasting we serve the Prato Biscuitis with a glass of Santa Cristina Vin Santo from Marchesi Antinori, Wine Producers since the 1385.
