The food at Salviatino is simple, tasty and elegantly presented and can be savored on the terrace with one of the most spectacular views of Florence, or in the historic library.

Wanting to be as close as possible to the territory and the seasons, the Salviatino decided to allocate part of its wonderful park, adjacent to the historic orchard, to an organic vegetable garden to have vegetables, fruits and aromatic herbs, really at zero-mile distance.
