Grappa is an integral part of the culture of Trentino and its citizens, who have always had a profound respect for the land that surrounds them. Nowadays 90% of vineyards are registered with designation of origin, guaranteeing high quality grape vine standards, in order to produce the precious grappa liquor. The tasting session is supervised by Institute for the protection of Grappa from Trentino, that certifies the top quality and the origin of the product.
