"Little Chef!" - Italian Cooking Class for kids in the heart of Florence

Led by a professional chef, this is the not to be missed opportunity to share with your family an authentic experience of creativity, taste and fun.

FULL PROGRAMME

A truly involving experience for children, teenagers and adults: the whole family will put "hands-on" and will carry out traditional recipes of Starters (focaccias and small different pizzas), fresh egg Pasta with 2 different sauces (vegetarian and ragout) and the "gelato Buontalenti", which bears the name of the Florentine artist who invented gelato in the Renaissance, surprising and thrilling the guests during a sumptuous banquet offered by Medici family. Even today the "Buontalenti" is one of the most popular and tasty Italian gelato.

The kids will get involved in a fun and educational game and, along with adults, they will learn how to cook the dishes that represent the essence of the healthy "Mediterranean diet"!

Led by an expert and passionate chef and immersed in the magic of colors and aromas of organic quality raw materials, you will be able to express your creativity and manual skills. At last we enjoy all together what has been prepared to round off an unforgettable experience of "Italian life-style" lived with the whole family!

In the end of this class kids will receive a certificate of "Little Chef".
