The Yambo exhibition at the Marucelliana. Between newspaper pages and illustrated dreams it is part of YAMBO 150, a broad panorama of initiatives aimed at celebrating the 150th anniversary of the birth of Enrico Novelli, known as Yambo. Brilliant and visionary, Yambo escapes any attempt at classification, ranging with ease from children's literature to the illustration of books, magazines and newspapers, from satirical writing to caricature, from science fiction-inspired narrative to scientific dissemination, from comics to cinema, from prose theater to puppetry, without forgetting his many years of commitment as a journalist.
