Description

Choosing the Relais Villa Olmo means satisfying the ever increasing desire for a return to bièn vivre, made up of extended times, local products and refined hospitality. It means letting yourself be enveloped by the intimacy and the silence of the Tuscan hills landscapes, while being just minutes from the life, fashion, art and culture of the city of Florence.

Its Diadema Wine Bar & Restaurant takes its name from their wine production of which the Diadema is the highest expression. The restaurant wants to make Tuscan culinary culture the heart of its product, offering seasonal menus and vegetables from its own garden; it is certainly the core of the Relais where the Food & Wine concept finds its maximum expression.

The swimming pool is a service available to guests of the Relais but also to external customers, albeit with a limited number, to enjoy a day in the pool tasting the chef's dishes.
