    • SUITABLETo all types of walkers, to families with children, given the width of the sidewalks of Viale dei Colli (except in Via del Monte alle Croci and in Via di San Miniato al Monte, where care must be taken for the lack of a protected pedestrian area) . To advanced runners, who can run the entire course. Beginners can alternate running by entering stretches of walk in the more challenging parts.

    • ROUTE AND ROAD VENUE: The path is provided with a wide pavement and / or cycle path on Viale dei Colli. In the stretch of Viale Machiavelli the bottom is in stone, very uneven. The rest of the route is entirely in asphalt. In Via del Monte alle Croci and Via San Miniato (especially the second, with not wide carriageways) the road is devoid of pavement. The highest slopes are recorded in the last stretch of Viale Michelangelo and in the central part of Viale Machiavelli.
    • TRAINING TYPEDue to its characteristics, this type of track allows you to train the body to sustain a prolonged effort over time, or resistance.


    • CONNECTED ROUTE: Piazzale di Porta Romana - Viale del Poggio Imperiale - Largo Fermi - Via San Leonardo - Viale Galileo Galilei
    • ROUTE AND ROAD VENUEThe whole route is on asphalt. The stretch of Via San Leonardo has no sidewalk. The first section (Viale del Poggio Imperiale) is uphill (maximum gradient 19%)
