Berberè pizzeria offers artisan pizza featuring artisanal pizza made with live sourdough starter. The seasonal menu is all focused on pizzas with fifteen proposals, made with the use of organic products, coming from farmers and breeders who have chosen sustainable agriculture.

  • the meats of the Zivieri Butcher in Monzuno (BO),
  • the capers of Salina, the organic buffalo Ponterè from Cancello and Arnone (CE).
For pizzas popular prices: starting from € 5.90 for a pizza tomato, garlic and parsley to a maximum of € 12.00 for those richly stuffed with salami.

One of the main characteristics of Berberè pizza is the exclusive use of live sourdough starter and long times: in fact, the dough maturation process lasts at least 24 hours at controlled room temperature. Semi-wholemeal organic flours are used for the dough and to optimize the digestibility of the pizza, the Berberè chefs successfully propose a totally yeast-free fermentation method, based on the physical process of hydrolysis of the starches.

The pizza is served already cut 8 slices, seasoned one by one, to stimulate the conviviality between the guests.
