The restaurant and our wines are born with respect for the territory, and with the talent and creativity of Executive Chef Alessio Leporatti, an emerging star of the national culinary scene, it is among the new recommendations of Gambero Rosso 2021.
Homemade bread, cheeses, cured meats, meats from the best local companies, and vegetables are those from the resort's organic garden. Pairing the dishes with the prestigious wines of their cellar is essential, a combination in which passion, tradition, creativity and research meet, once again, to amaze and fascinate even the most demanding customers.
Starting from June 2020 Diadema has adopted all the measures required by law for the spacing of the tables and the service is carried out according to current regulations, but it was not difficult! The glass veranda, together with the external courtyard, has always allowed it to offer ample space for guests to relax.
