Gilberto, Tommaso, and Riccardo are the three motorcyclists of the Motocarrozzatta - Florence Vintage Sidecar Tours, who will drive you from Florence to Pelago while you will remain comfortably seated in the sidecar to enjoy the view, fresh air, and Tuscany. The duration of the trip will be more or less than an hour and a half each way. Once in Pelago, you will be escorted to the splendid Podere Castellare, the eco-resort with an authentic gin distillery, where the first Italian London Dry Gin is produced: "Peter in Florence" Gin.

As a tribute to Florence, gin focuses on the iris, an icon of the city, of which not only the root but also the petals are used, which is much rarer. In compliance with the rules of London Dry Gin, it is a classic gin, but innovative, also for the use of the 14 botanicals, including fresh bergamot peel, dried lemon peel, rose berries, lavender flowers, and fresh rosemary, angelica root, coriander, bitter almonds. Almost all of them are grown in Podere Castellare; the others are, however, organic and come from small specialized local producers.
