The Stellar is a local bar restaurant themed on digital, technology and future. 

New, innovative and in the center of Florence, The Stellar is an entertainment space where mixology, design and excellent cuisine meet to create a special concept, with menu proposals dedicated to every moment of the day, from morning to evening.

A gourmet restaurant, but also a bistro and lounge bar, which offers a gastronomic experience out of the ordinary, in the place where in Florence "the future is built", through the culture of digital. The Stellar is located inside the Innovation Center of Fondazione CR Firenze, a place to meet and "connect". The Stellar offers menus dedicated to every moment of the day, from morning to evening. From breakfast with the best blends of coffee and croissants stuffed on the moment to zero waste, at the light and tasty lunch break until dinner with the combinations that intrigue and with a particular attention to tradition and raw materials and the accompaniment of bespoke cocktails.The kitchen of chef Luigi Bonadonna offers traditional dishes and flavors seasonal of the Florentine and Tuscan territory, revisited in a contemporary key.
