EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Every Tuesday, from March 26 to December 17, 2024, the Gallery of Statues and Paintings will also welcome visitors in the evening, allowing them to admire art masterpieces in the light of the setting sun.

During these occasions, the museum will remain open from 6:30 p.m. (regular closing time) to 10 p.m., with last admission allowed at 8:30 p.m. Gallery closing operations will begin at 9:30 pm.

In addition to the special Tuesday evenings, there will also be other special openings on Mondays, usually the Galleries' weekly closing day. This initiative will affect the Uffizi and Boboli Gardens, which will be open during regular hours on the dates of April 1 and 29, June 24 (Feast Day of St. John, Florence's patron saint) and December 30.
