Discover Fattoria Triboli, a certified organic farm nestled in the rolling hills of Impruneta, at the gateway to Chianti and just a short distance from Florence. During this two-hour tour, you will explore the authentic Tuscan countryside with a walk through olive groves, woodlands, and terraced vegetable gardens. As we guide you along the farm’s trails, we will share our vision of sustainable agriculture and give you a closer look at our daily work.

At Fattoria Triboli, we embrace organic and regenerative farming practices, which respect the soil and biodiversity, helping to preserve the natural balance of the ecosystem. The route will take you past our organic olive grove, where you can observe the natural environment in which our organic extra virgin olive oil is produced. You will also get a glimpse of our small ecosystem, featuring a lake, a traditional and local woodland area, and the farm animals we have rescued from intensive farming conditions.

At the end of the walk, we will guide you through an extra virgin olive oil tasting, comparing different varieties to help you recognize aromas, characteristics, and quality.
