Discover a unique experience at Bottega Biologica, located in the historic Manifattura Tabacchi in Florence. Join the Chemex Coffee Ritual and immerse yourself in the world of organic coffee, learning the art of brewing coffee with the famous Chemex, all in a fascinating environment rich in history, right across from the Botanical Garden.

1. Welcome and Introduction to the Location: Upon arrival, you will be welcomed into the historic Manifattura Tabacchi, an architectural gem where history and modernity merge. The staff will introduce you to Bottega Biologica, a space with a unique industrial charm, filled with furnishings and artifacts that tell the story of the factory's past. From here, you'll have a privileged view of the Botanical Garden, a green oasis designed by Antonio Peruzzi.

2. Introduction to Chemex and Organic Coffee: You will embark on an exploration of the world of organic coffee, with a focus on the Chemex, the famous coffee maker displayed at the MoMA in New York for its innovative design. You’ll learn about the history of this coffee icon and the fundamentals for brewing the perfect cup.

3. Brewing Coffee with Chemex: You’ll follow a practical and interactive demonstration where the secrets of brewing coffee with the Chemex will be revealed. Each participant will have the opportunity to brew their own coffee, learning techniques and methods they can easily replicate at home.

4. Tasting and moments of relaxation: During the tasting of the freshly brewed coffee, you will enjoy a selection of vegan handmade biscuits and gluten-free sweets made with raw cacao. This moment will be dedicated to relaxation and conversation, while immersing yourself in the unique atmosphere of the Bottega.

5. Closing and farewells: Your experience will conclude with a small gift and some tips on how to continue your journey into the world of organic coffee at home.
