Firenzecard: the official museum pass of Florence

What you will find

Firenzecard, the official museum pass of the city of Florence which at a cost of € 85 allows you to visit most of the Florentine sites of interest. From the first use you will have 72 hours to visit, once, each of the museums. Each of the participating museums and sites may be visited only once.

Now Firenzecard Restart is also included in the price! An additional 48h at your disposal since your card is expired.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

The Firenzecard includes:

  • 1 priority admission ticket for each museum of the Firenzecard circuit
  • Exhibitions and booking included
  • 72 hours available from the first entrance to visit the cultural heritage of Florence
  • Free access to children under 18 belonging to the family unit of the Firenzecard holder
  • Firenzecard Restart included, additional 48h at your disposal


Firenzecard Restart

By purchasing the FirenzeCard you will be entitled, free of charge, to an additional 48 hours at your disposal to visit all the museums on the circuit that you were unable to visit. How it works: once your FirenzeCard has expired, you can activate the Firenzecard Restart offer immediately, if you are still in the city, or within 12 months from the purchase of the Firenzecard. Come back to Florence within 12 months of the expiry date, the museums you have not visited will still be available to you with priority access for 48h! You can activate it independently on the website www.firenzecard.it or directly from the Firenzecard app.

* Reservations are mandatory for some museums: Brancacci Chapel, Salvatore Romano Foundation, Uffizi Gallery, Accademia Gallery, Medici Villa alla Petraia, Medici Villa of Cerreto Guidi and Historical Museum of Hunting and Territory, Medici Villa of Poggio a Caiano, Villa Corsini in Castello, Enrico Caruso Museum.

CHILDREN POLICY: People under 18 years of age can enter the museums free of charge with Firenzecard holders, belonging to the family of the card holder: if the Firenzecard holder wants to use the Firenzecard in digital format, the user will enter the number of minors present in his family when creating his card in the Firenzecard App. If the user, instead, wishes to use the Firenzecard in physical format, when picking up the card at one of the collection points in the city, the user must communicate the presence of minors to the personnel of the point who will load them onto his card.
